Natalie Ocasio
Owner & DirectorExperienced Preschool Director with a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and over 3 years of hands-on experience working directly with children. Bringing more than 25 years of leadership, management, and administrative experience, with a strong background in directing operations, supervising staff, fostering positive learning environments, and ensuring high-quality care and education for young children. Dedicated to supporting children’s growth and development while building strong relationships with families and staff.
Dayami Sanchez Rodriguez
InfantsDayami holds a Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC) Birth-Five and is certified in CPR and First Aid. With over 11 years of experience caring for infants and young children, she is dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. Dayami focuses on supporting each child’s physical, emotional, and developmental growth while ensuring their well-being both inside and outside the classroom.
Jessika Perez
ToddlersJessika is a Special Education Specialist with more than 15 years of experience working with children from 2½ to 12 years of age. Since 2008, she has supported children’s growth through both early intervention and elementary education. At Kiddie Kids, Jessika is passionate about creating a warm, loving environment where every child feels safe, valued, and at home. She designs engaging activities that promote fine motor development, coordination, and creative expression, while adapting her teaching approach to meet each child’s unique needs.
Yeinelly Villalobos
Early PreschoolYeinelly holds an Associate Degree in Preschool Education and brings more than 20 years of experience in early childhood care and education. She is recognized for her dedication, passion, and commitment to fostering the healthy development of young children. Yeinelly creates safe, caring, and engaging learning environments where children are encouraged to explore, grow, and build confidence every day.
Claudia Andrade
PreschoolClaudia is an early childhood educator with more than seven years of experience working with young children. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and is also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), giving her specialized knowledge in child development, positive behavior support, and individualized learning strategies. She also holds a degree in Civil Engineering. Claudia is passionate about creating warm, safe, and engaging classrooms where every child feels valued, develops self-confidence, and reaches their full potential while fostering strong partnerships with families.
Michelle Cedeño
Pre-KMichelle brings 4 years of experience in early childhood education across both Texas and Florida. She currently teaches children ages 2 to 5 in the VPK program, guiding her little learners as they build the early skills and confidence they need to be ready for kindergarten. She is certified in infant and adult CPR and is completing her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. Michelle is dedicated to creating a warm, playful classroom where every child feels supported, encouraged, and excited to learn.
